Rose cut diamonds are close set in diagonal stripes on the shoulders. Approximate 0.65 carat central old mine cut diamond I color SI1 clarity. The ring is rubbed along the bottom of the gallery where a wedding band was previously worn but is still in good condition. Set in 18k yellow gold.
