Georgian era, mid 18th century diamond ring. The center Old Mine cut diamond is bright and flanked by four table cut diamonds. Typical of the time period, the stones are set in silver while the remainder of the ring is in 18k gold. The reverse of the ring has a beautiful reeded detail. The ring has an old sizing in the back that can be improved when sized for the next owner. Otherwise it is in very good condition. English in origin.
This ring is over 200 years old and needs to be worn carefully and treated as a fine antique.
