19th Century Amethyst paste half-hoop ring. Beautifully hand chased band has a nicely matched old sizing. 200 year old stones show some age with slight abrasions. The ring is in 9k with a higher karat plating that has worn away a bit on the back of the band. You can see the variation in tone of metal.
